Christmas Markets in Erewash In the busy run-up to Christmas the popular Ilkeston and Long Eaton markets will be open for business every day - giving residents and visitors the chance for some great festive shopping. Markets will be running daily in both towns from Monday 19th December through to Christmas Eve, with the popular Flea Market at Long Eaton being held on Tuesday 20th December. Councillor Geoffrey Smith, Erewash Borough Council’s Lead Member for Regeneration and Planning, says: “It’s great news that the markets in both Ilkeston and Long Eaton will once again be trading every day excluding Sunday during the run up to Christmas, adding to the festive atmosphere in our towns. I’m sure everyone will be delighted with the wide range of gifts and goods on offer at the popular markets. |
